<reviewbody>This is a pretty good show, though Jerry's vocals seem uninspired and anemic at times. Phil's bass is strong and distinct which I like. Haven't got to disc two yet. Still wading through all the silences. I guess they were having technical difficulties, and there are long stretches of nothing. Purists will dig it, but it makes for a very long listen when there are hundreds of shows I haven't heard yet. On other shows I often enjoy Bob's snide remarks about the crew or equipment when things go awry, but here there is none of that. No explanation what the problem is. No "Think good thoughts," from Jerry. Thanks to everyone involved in the recording of this show and all the hard work of bringing it to the masses.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>great show indeed. but the recording here is less than spectacular. Especially after listening to a sweet 71 audience in 8/6</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Wow...this show is so much better than this really poor audience tape lets on. Beg, borrow or steal (dont steal) do whatever you can to get the soundboard for this show...this recording is missing 99.5% of the energy and pure magic that exuded from every song. The Hard to Handle (board) is truly Pig-Pen at his ulimate, craggy, croony Best. But this recording is painfull to hear after growing up on the board tape. Get the board, in my opinion, the greatest Dead Show ever.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Thanx Marty, Dr. Michael, Steven, and Jack. What a great show. Despite all the cleaning up this one is still a mess. Sound is all over the place. I welcome this until a cleaner copy comes my way. The first set is missing Cumberland thru Playing. Also missing is the infamous Bill chastising the crowd at the end. How dare they ask for more! Though listed correct on the download, Loser and Dark Hollow are reversed. If you have to have the correct order beware. Peace</reviewbody>
