    <reviewbody>some of our realtime recorded MPEG2 streams caused some headaches early on for our ffmpeg video "deriving" tool.&#13;
in the case of the video you mention, it was one of them.&#13;
it was restored to "streamable" quite awhile back but i thought&#13;
i'd post it here.&#13;
